Outlook: With more than a dozen teams in the league, just about every game is going to have a huge impact on the race for the league crown. One team that should be battling for it is The Pinnacle, which brings back three top players in Jessica Santistevan, Kris Anderson and Rose Akes. Jefferson Academy is moving up to 3A and should contend right away. The Jaguars have a budding superstar in sophomore Madison Page. Bennett is coming off a 17-win season and should remain in the hunt. Sheridan is led by standout sophomore Amber Ortiz, who averaged 13.3 points and 7.2 rebounds as a freshman. Platte Canyon is bringing back its entire starting lineup, including 6-foot-2 junior Caity Milligan.
