Participants will compete in 1 showcase game on the evening of April 19, 2008 (Saturday evening). All teams will be coached by NAIA & Junior College coaches. Players will be able to learn and interact on the floor with college coaches. Age Cutoff Date: Entry Deadline: 4/14/2008 (Event Could Sell Out Prior to Deadline!) Event Awards: Participants will receive a Rocky Mountain Individual Showcase Games T-Shirt. On the back of the t-shirt will be a number for college coaches to identify each participant during competition. Equipment Required: Please bring any type of equipment needed to play a basketball game. The t-shirts will be provided. Game times will be posted Wednesday April 16, 2008 after 12PM (Mountain Standard Time) at www.triplecrownsports.com or 970-223-6644 x170 ***IMPORTANT*** All individuals who are NOT a part of a club team playing in the tournament, must be prepared to attend an NCAA educational session (time TBD) prior to participating in the Showcase Games. Please plan accordingly.   History   2007 marked the inaugural year for Triple Crown's Rocky Mountain Individual Showcase Games. There were 38 total participants who competed in the showcase games, all of which were coached by NAIA & Junior College coaches. It provided the participants the opportunity to work with, learn from, and interact with coaches at the next level. This was an intimate setting for the athletes to gain further college exposure. In April 2008, Triple Crown will again host the Rocky Mountain Individual Showcase Games. These games will be available to participants playing in the tournament, along with individuals who are not associated with a club team. Again, all teams and participants will be coached by NAIA & Junior College Coaches, along with NCAA coaches evaluating from the stands.
